The Business Report brings together NPS and activity data for all locations into a visual, sortable format. Use the Business Report to view a single location’s performance. You can also sort by the following:

• Business Name
• Business ID
• NPS
• Requests Sent
• Opens
• Open Rate
• Feedback Received
• Feedback Rate
• Review Clicks
• New Reviews
• Total Reviews

Business Report Key Features and Functions

• Download the CSV file for a business location level report
• Sort each data column in ascending or descending order
• Ability for multi-locations to only display specific label(s) in the report
• Date range selection including custom date range
• Save/print as PDF
