TextBack

TextBack is an inbound channel that gives customers the ability to provide feedback to a business via text message. You do not need customer information to use TextBack. Businesses display a TextBack number and customers self-initiate feedback and reviews by sending a keyword text using their mobile phone.

Choose a keyword and create a custom auto-reply that includes a link to your selected Request Mode. You can customize the request mode to capture Net Promoter Score^®, survey questions, 1st-party reviews, and/or 3rd-party reviews.
