Businesses display a TextBack number and customers self-initiate feedback and reviews by sending a keyword text using their mobile phone.
Choose a keyword and create a custom auto-reply that includes a link to your selected Request Mode. You can customize the request mode to capture Net Promoter Score®, survey questions, 1st-party reviews, and/or 3rd-party reviews.
