Kiosk Mode

Kiosk Mode is an on-site tool used to request 1st-party reviews and contact information from a customer in-person, using a web-enabled device. When a customer completes the request, a follow-up email can be sent to request a 3rd-party review.

Kiosk Mode requests a Net Promoter Score^® and contact information including First Name, Last Name, and Email Address. Customizations include additional survey questions, an option for written feedback, and a positive or negative landing page based on customer sentiment.
