SMS Requests are sent directly to a customer after goods are purchased or services are rendered and customer information, including mobile phone number, has been provided. The customer is added to BRAVO by adding a single customer, importing a list, or automatically via an integration. Then, an SMS Request can be sent manually or automatically to the customer.
SMS Requests can be SMS (text only) or MMS (with image). A request includes a custom message and link to your selected Request Mode that can be customized to capture Net Promoter Score®, survey questions, 1st-party reviews, and/or 3rd-party reviews to meet your business objectives.
