Ways to Add Customers And Send a Feedback Request
There are many ways to seek feedback from within BRAVO. But before doing any of these, we must first make sure that we have addressed two important topics or questions.
- What is the maximum number of requests that get sent out in one day?
- Go to Customer Activity – Send Mode – Automatic – and set the number of sends to less than 10. This is because reviews that are batched via import or integration will be sequenced daily and result in more reviews and will not generate any red flags from reviews sites, such as Google.
- What is the time period between asking customers for another review?
- Go to Settings – Feedback Setting – and set the number of days for Repeat customer Feedback.
